A User is an authorized licensee of Web AI, either through a Governing Contract between Web AI and Web AI Client or through the Web AI End User Agreement Web AI End User Agreement (as these terms are defined in the Web AI End User Agreement located at https://ziwebai.com ).

A Participant is an individual or User that is applying to, registering to, or participating in a designated program.
